When used properly the solutions go on in a sequence, first to numb the epidermis, the top layer of skin, then the skin is slightly broken and another solution is applied and it numbs deeper, into the dermis layer of skin.

I use them especially during a lip procedure, in place of a nerve block, which can distort the shape of the lip.

The anesthetic solution needs to be used in a certain sequence to be most effective. The first solution is applied to the epidermis (top layer of skin) for a few minutes, then the skin is slightly broken so the next solution can absorb down into the dermis layer numbing deeper where the pigment is implanted.

I use a product that works very well, I usually ask clients on a scale of 1-10 where would they rate the discomfort, usually it is about a 2 or 3.

I have just ordered a new numbing solution, haven’t gotten it in yet, but it’s suppose to be even better!, I’ll keep you posted.

If you are unsure about the thickness of eyeliner that you want, pencil it on the same way every day for several days before having it applied permanentally.  If you want color other that brown or black,  use that color on a daily basis for several days.  You may find you really like that color once in a while but may not want it there every day, every day…..in two years will you still want green eyeliner?
